20 days.
AS per the Question , A works for 12 days i.e. 12//15 of work has been done
Remaining work i.e. 3/15 is completed by B in 4 days
therefore total time required by B is 4*(15/3)= 20 days

Answer:

A's work = 12 days

Total =15days

That is 12/15 of the work is completed by A

Remaining =3/15

With the assistance of B ,A works for 4 days

Total days B will work=4×{15/3} [ that is the reciprocal of 3/15]

Now B =4×(15/3)

=20days

Ans= 20 days
