Candidates marks in 1st paper = 35% of 100
=35 marks
Candidates marks in 2nd paper = 50% of 100 = 50marks
let candidates marks in 3rd paper be x
then,
candidates Total marks should be greater than or equal to 45% = 45% of 300
= 45×300/100 = 135 marks
that means : 35 + 50 + x should be greater than equal to 135
: 35 + 50 + x = 135
: x = 50
: x = 50
