HI !

In a right triangle ,

hypotenuse² = side² + side²

5² = 3² + side²

25  = 9 + side²

25 - 9 = side²

side² = 16

side = √16
        = 4 cm

The  length of other side is 4 cm

Hi friend!!

In right angles triangle,

hypotenuse = 5 cm
One side = 3 cm

According to Pythagoras theorem,

Hypotenuse² = side₁² + side₂²
5² = 3² + side₂²
25 - 9 = side₂²
side₂² = 16
side₂ = √16
Another side = 4 cm
