25% Candidate Failed by 30 Marks

50% Candidate Passed by 20 Marks

Difference in % of Candidates = 50 - 25 = 25%

Difference in Marks = 30 + 20 = 50 Marks

Therefore,

50 Marks = 25% of Max Marks

Max Marks = 50/25 x 100

Max Marks = 200 Marks

25% = 50 Marks

Pass Mark = 50 + 30

Pass Mark = 80 Marks

Pass % = 80/200 x 100

Pass % = 40%

Therefore,

Pass Mark is 80 Marks. Pass Percent is 40%.
