A capacitor of capacitance 5microfarad is dipped in a liquid of dielectric constant 2.what will be its capacitance?

Capacitance always increases in presence of a dielectric

Hence new capacitance (C•)

C•= CK=5×10^-6×2=10×10^-6=10^-5

C•=10^-5
