Initial Speed of the Car(u) = 15 km/hr. = 4.167 m/s.

Final speed of the Car(v) = 60 km/hr. = 16.67

time taken by Car(t) = 300 seconds.

Using the Formula,

v - u = at

∴  16.67 - 4.167 = a × 300

∴ a = 0.04 m/s².

Now,

v² - u² = 2aS

∴ 16.67² - 4.167² = 2 × 0.04 × S

∴ S = 3256.56 m.

∴ S = 3.256 km.

Hope it helps.
