SOLUTION:-



$Speed \: \: of \: \: the \: \: car = \frac{distance}{time}$


$= \frac{195}{3} = 65km/hr$





$Speed \: \: of \: \: the \: \: train= \frac{distance}{time}$



$= \frac{650}{3} = 216.66km/hr$





Ratio of the car of car to the speed of train=65/216.6


=0.3 km/hr
