Given :-

The initial speed of car is 144 km/h

Distance covered by car 400 m

To Find :-

Time Taken by the car to covered the distance

Solution :-

Speed = 144 km/h = 144 × 5/18 = 40 m/s

Distance (s) = 400 m

Time (t) = ?

v = s / t

t = v / s

t = 400 / 40

t = 10 sec

Therefore time taken by the car is 10 sec [ Option (2) ]
