final velocity=v=16m/s

From first equation of motion :

v=u+at

16=0+at

∴a = 16/t m/s2

Distance covered by car in t seconds  S=ut+1/2 at²

s= oxt+1/2 [16t²/t]

s=8t

Average speed= Total distance / total time

=8t/t

=8 m/s

∴Average speed of the car is 8 m/s
