Explanation:

Hello

car is at rest

u = 0

v = 30m/s

a = 4m/s^2

v = u+at

30 = 4t

t = 7.5 sec

Hope it helps uh!!

 \large \underline{ \underline{ \sf \: Solution : \:  \:  \:  }}

Given ,

 \star Initial velocity (u) = 0 m/s

 \starFinal velocity (v) = 30 m/s

 \starAcceleration (a) = 4 m/s²

We know that ,

  \fbox{ \fbox{ \large{ \sf Acceleration =  \frac{ \: v - u  \: }{t} }}}

 \implies  \sf 4 =  \frac{30 - 0}{t}  \\  \\ \implies  \sf t =  \frac{30}{4}  \\  \\ \implies  \sf t = 7.5 \:  \: sec

 \thereforeThe required value of time is 7.5 sec
