A car is initially traveling due north at 23 m/s. (a) Find the velocity of the car after 4 s if its acceleration is 2m/s2 due north. (b) Find the velocity of the car after 4 s if its acceleration is instead 2m/s2 due south

"Given:-- u=23m/s

v=?

a=2m/s^2

t=4s

then a=v-u/t

2m/s^2=(v-23)m/s/(4s)

v=((2x4)+23)m/s

v=31m/s

in both the case...v=31m/s.

correct me if this is wrong."
