$W=mg_e$

$m=\dfrac{W}{g}\\\\m=\dfrac{30}{9.8}\ kg \\\\m=3.06\ kg$

So , its weigh on the moon is given as :

$W_m=mg_m$

Here , $g_m=1.6\ m/s^2$ .

Therefore ,

$W_m=3.06\times 1.6\ N\\W_m=4.9\ N$

So , weight of same object in moon is 4.9 N .
