Lets take distance from O to P as S and P to also as S .
From O to P ,
t = 18 sec
S = S
v = S / t = S / 18
Since S = 18 v ,
v = v
from o to P and back to o ,
V = S / t + T
V = 18v + 18v / 18+6
= 36v / 24
= 3v / 2
