A car is moving horizontally on a surface along a straight line at constant speed is any force acting on it?if not why is the fuel required to run it

Gravitational force,if it ain't arough surface frictional force doesn't act ,vice Versa.

You just can't push Ur car right,so fuel is needed to overcome static friction.
