A car is moving on a straight road with uniform acceleration. The speed of car varies with time as follows.
\begin{tabular}{lllllll}  Speed m/s & 5 & 10 & 15 & 20 & 25 & 30 \\ Time (s) & 0 & 10 & 20 & 30 & 40 & 50 \end{tabular}
Draw the speed-time graph: by choosing a convenient scale. Calculate (i) the acceleration of a car. (ii) distance travelled by the car in 10 second.

tantheta=p/b
tantheta=v-u/t
a=30-5/50
a=0.5m/s^2
distance covered by body when time =10s
s=ut+1/2at^2
s=5×10+1/2×0.5×10^2
s=50+0.5×50
s=75m
