Answer:

For the first part:-

Initial velocity (u) = 10m/s

Final velocity (v) = 0m/s

Time = 2s

Acceleration = (v - u)/t = (10 - 0)/2 = 5m/s²

For the second part :-

Acceleration of car = 5m/s²

Mass of car = 250kg

Force applied by car = mass* acceleration = 250*5 = 1250Kgm/s² = 1250 N

For the third part :-

According to Newton's third law of motion, force applied by body 1 on body 2 is equal to the force applied by body 2 on body 1 in the opposite direction

That is ,  F12 = -F21 (here the negative sign implies the direction of force)

Therefore force applied by the wall =  -1250N or 1250N in the opposite direction of force applied by the car.

acceleration=0-10/2 m/s²= -10/2 m/s²= -5 m/s²

mass =250kg

force =250×(-5)N= -1250N
