Answer:IT WILL TAKE 70 MIN TO COVER THE DISTANCE  BECAUSE WHEN THE SPEED WILL DECREASE BY 10 MIN THEN IT WILL COVER 60KM IN 1 HRS MEANS 1KM IN 1 MIN .SO I WILL TAKE 70MIN TO COVER THE DISTANCE
