Formula = average speed = d/(100/40 + 100/v)

48 = 200/(100/40 + 100/v)

( TAKING OUT 100 COMMON FROM THE DENAMINATOR AND SEND IT TO 48 )

4800 = 200/(1/40+1/V)

200/4800 = 1/40+1/V

1/24 = 1/40+1/V

(ON SOLVING THIS WE GET)

V = 60km/h
