Radius of circular track = 10 m
Circumference of circel = 2πr
= 2 × 22/7 × 10 m = 440 / 7 m or 62.85 m
But the car took 5 revolution so,
Distance travelled = 5 × 62.85 m
= 314.25 m
Total time it took = 5 min or 5*60s = 300 s
Average speed = Total distance / total time
= 314.25 m / 300 s = 1.05 m/s
