Heya!Here is your answer friend ⏬
--------------------------------------------

Mass= 2400 kg

Initial velocity u= 20m/s

Final velocity v = 0 ( as it is stopped )

Using the formula ,

a =  \frac{v - u}{t}
a =  \frac{ - 20}{10}  =  - 2ms {}^{ - 2}
Hence retardation =
 - 2ms {}^{ - 2}

Regarding force ,

Using force = mass ×acceleration

FOrce= 2400×-2

 =  >  - 4800
Hence ,

Force = -4800N.

Acceleration=v-u/t. =0-20/10

=-20/10 = -2m/s²

Force= m×a =2400×-2

= -4800N

Hope it helps you
