Speed = 49 km/hr
1 km south of the crossing is approaching the crossing with the same speed .
Their closest distance of approach will be with but how to be know d = xsin ¢ .
After time 'T'
A => 40T
B => 1.40T
D= √(40T)² + (1-40T) ²
= √3200+2-801+1
D =√(1/2)²+(1/2)²
= 1/√2
