A car passes a camera at a point A on the toll road with speed 50 kmph, sixty
minutes later the same car passes a camera at a point B, located 100 kms down
the road from camera A, traveling at 50 kmph. Assuming the speed limit if 75
kmph, can we prove that the car was breaking the speed limit (75 kmph) at some
point along the road?

Answer:

the car was breaking the speed limit (75 kmph) at some point along the road

Step-by-step explanation:

A car passes a camera at a point A and  sixty minutes later the same car passes a camera at a point B, located 100 kms down the road from camera

=> Distance Covered = 100 km

Time taken = 60 Mins = 1 Hr

Average Speed = 100/1 = 100 km/hr

As average Speed >  75 km/Hr

=> the car was breaking the speed limit (75 kmph) at some point along the road
