Average velocity = displacement per unit time.
we know the displacement = 0 when a body completes loop or make a round around the circular path.
so velocity = displacement per unit time.
where displacement is equal to zero.
so average velocity will also be zero.
so, average velocity = 0 M / s.

Average speed = Total distance covered per unit time.
Total distance = circumference of circular path.
that is π x 100 x 100.
and time = 62.8 seconds.
(22 x 100 x 100) / (7 x 62.8)
so average velocity = 500.45 M / s.
