Simple, I hope my answer Is clearer, I know none of the stuff the other answers said haha. I just use my guts and my BRAIN power :D

Car A travelling at 60km/h and due to 1 hour having passed, Car A is 60 kilometers ahead.

Car B travels at 80 km/h

80–60=20 means the car B goes 20 kilometers per hour faster.

Those 20km/h that B catches up to A, Means that out of this 60 kilometer headstart of A, We can calculate:

60/20=3

km/(km/h)= h

So 3 hours to catch up to A…

We know B starts 1 hour later, And A starts at 10 am.

So B starts at 11 am,

11+3=14

Then, My non english brain gets extremely confused, So I’ll just spurt out:

Guess it’s 2pm that car B catches up to A

Another possible answer is in a while longer. If B or A weren’t going in the same path and everything not the same, It could change time drastically, B could also not be going after A, But maybe through the northpole then back down the other side of the planet, While A goes around the equator, And one day… ONE DAY. They’ll crash into eachother.

I’m overthinking this :/

HOPE IT HELPS YOU ❤️
