A car starts from after 10 minutes it achieves velocity 20 kilometer per hour then find acceleration and total distance covered by car.

Car starts from rest

so

initial velocity (u) = 0

final velocity (v) = 20km/hr

= 20 X 5/18

= 5.55 m/s

time = 10 min --> 600 sec

accelaration = v - u / t

= (5.55 - 0)/ 600 = 0.0092

ie. 9.2 x 10^-3 m/s^2.....Answer no. 1

For total distance (S) = ut + 1/2at^2

= 0 + 1/2 x 9.2 x10^-3 x 600 x 600

= 9.2 X 10^-3 x 180000

= 9.2 X 180.......( 10^-3 x 10^3 )

=1656 m

= 1.656 km..... Answer no. 2
