A car starts from rest and moves along the x-axis with constant acceleration 5 M per second square for 8 second if it then continue with constant velocity what distance will the car cover in 12 s since it started from rest

Acceleration a = 5 m/s²
total time t = 12 s
s = ut +  \frac{1}{2} a {t}^{2}  \\  \:  \:   \: = 0 +  \frac{1}{2}  \times 5 \times  {12}^{2}  \\  \:  \:  \:  = 360 \: m
