\huge{\underline{\underline{.........Answer.........}}}

\huge{\underline{Given:-}}

From rest that means

u = 0 m/s.

S = 80 meters.

t = 10 seconds.

\huge{\underline{Explanation:-}}

As "u" "s" and "t" are given it is convenient to use second kinematic equation.

From second kinematic equation.

\huge{\boxed{\boxed{S = ut +  \frac{1}{2} a {t}^{2}}}}

Substituting the values

{80 = 0 +  \frac{1}{2} a \times {10}^{2}}

{a =  \frac{2 \times 80}{100}}

{a =  \frac{160}{100}}

{a = 1.6 m/s^2}

\huge{\boxed{\boxed{a = 1.6 m/s^2}}}

So, acceleration acquired by the body is 1.6 m/s^2.
