$t= \dfrac{d_1}{v_1}+ \dfrac {d_2}{v_2}$

The average speed is given as,

$v_{avg}= \dfrac{d_1+d_2}{t}$

$= \dfrac{30+30}{2.25}$

$=26.67km/h$
