First convert speed in m/s
45km/h=45×1000/3600m/s=45×5/18=25/2m/s
Thus speed =25/2m/s or 12.5m/s

Time = 20 minutes =1200s
speed = distance /time

Hence distance = speed ×time

Distance = 12.5 × 1200 = 15000m = 15 km
Hence distance covered by the body is 15 km

Hope it helps you
