let distance =xkm
speed of car =y
time taken =7hours
distance=speed x time
x=7y
second case distance is same and speed is 12 km/ h more
time taken is 5 hours
x=(y+12)5
x=5y+60
from first Case x=7y so
7y=5y+60
7y-5y=60
2y=60
y=60/2
y=30km/hour
distance =7y
