Answer:

18km/hr

Explanation:

Assume the equal distance it travels to be x.

Time taken while travelling at 60km/hr=x/60

Time taken while travelling at 20km/hr=x/20

Time taken while travelling at 10km/hr=x/10

Average velocity =total displacement /total time

Since it travels at three speeds covering equal distance, total displacement will be 3x

Average velocity =3x/(x/60+x/20+x/10)

Average velocity =3x/(x+3x+6x/60)

Average velocity =3x/(10x/60)

Average velocity =3x/(x/6)

Average velocity =3x×6/x

Average velocity =18km/hr
