Since in this system (Inflated Tyre) n, R and V is constant,
Then we write,
P/T = (nR/V)
P/T = Constant
We can apply P/T for the two given situations
P1 / T1 = P2 / T2
Here we can not substitute the temperature values in Celsius. We have to convert them into Kelvin,
Conversion is,
k = 273 + c
3 / (273+17) = P2 / (273+47)
3/290 = P2 / 320
P2 = 3 x 320 / 290
= 3.31 atm
