Hey User !

=) Here car have to travel 2727 miles and we require one gallon for traveling 27 miles

so total required gas =(2727)÷ (27)= 101 gallon.

now we want the cost of gas and we know that

1 gallon gas =4.04 $

but we require 101 gallon gas so it will be

= 101 * 4.04

= (100+1) *4.04

= ( 100*4.04 ) + ( 1 * 4.04)

= 404 + 4.04

= 408.04 $

so gas would cost for car to travel 2727 miles is 408.04 $.

Hope , It Helps ...
