We have 4 queen and 4 jack cards in 52 pack

First we r calculated probability of getting queen or Jack

probability =  \frac{favorable \: out \: comes \: }{total \: out \: comes \: }

Favorable outcomes=4+4=8

Total outcomes =52

P=8/52

P=2/13

If the probability of getting either queen or Jack =2/13
Then probability of getting neither queen nor Jack

=1-2/13

=11/13

This is ur ans hope it will help you
