Total number of event = 52

(a)
Number of spade = 13
Number of ace = 13
A card is drawn is
a spade or an ace
probability = 26/52=1/2

(b) total number of a red king = 2 ( diamond and heart)
probability = 2/52= 1/26

(c) a king or a queen
probability = 8/52= 2/13 (king -4 queen -4)
probability ( neither a king nor a queen)
1-8/52 = 44/52= 11/13
