no. of favourable cards= 52-4-4=44

total outcomes=52

probability= 44/52 = 11/13

P(Drawing a card that is neither a king nor queen) = 52-8/52
[ Since there are 4 king and 4 queen, P(not selecting them) = 54-(4+4)]
=>44/52
=>11/13.
