Total no of outcomes(no of cards)= 52

No of red cards= 26

No of queens= 4

Total no of red cards and queens= 26+2( since, red cards have already 2 queens).

=> 28cards.

P(E)= No of fav outcomes/total no of outcomes.

No of fav outcomes= Cards which are neither red card nor queen= 52-28

=> 24....

P(getting neither a red card nor queen)= 24/52= 6/13.......
