Total number of cards in a deck = 52

Question (1):

Number of red cards = 26

P(red card) = 26/52 = 1/2

Question (2):

Number of face cards = 12

P(face card) = 12/52 = 3/13

Question (3):

Even numbers = 20

P(Even numbers) = 20/52 = 5/13

1. probablity of getting a red card is
 \frac{26}{52} = 0.5
2. probablity of getting a face card is
 \frac{12}{52} = 0.230769231

3. probablity of getting cards with even numbers is
 \frac{20}{52} = 0.384615385
