Step-by-step explanation:

Total number of cards in a deck=52

cards less than number 7=(2,3,4,5,6)

that is 5 cards

since there are 4 colours of cards

therefore the number of cards less than 7 will be

=5*4

=20

1-> probability of a number less than 7

= (number of cards less than 7/ total number of cards)

=20/52

=5/13

multiples of 3 are =3,6,9

total 3 cards that are multiple of 3

since both spade and club are black in colour

therefore

number of black card being a multiple of 3

will be

=3*2

=6

2->probability of getting a card that is black and a multiple of 3

=( number of black cards being multiple of 3/total number of cards)

=6/52

=3/26

3- Number of face cards in a deck=16

probability of getting a face card=16/52

=4/13

hope it helps you
