Hey mate ,

Total number of outcomes = 52

Total number of favourable outcomes = 13+3 = 16

As 13 cards of club and 3 kings of heart , diamond and spade .

Probability of an event = No. of favourable outcomes / Total number of outcomes .

P(E) = 16/52 = 8/26 = 4/13

Thus answer = 4/13
