Let the Marked price be Rs. 'x'

So Selling Price = Marked Price - Discount

=> Marked Price = Selling Price + Discount => Equation 1

Discount % = ( Discount / Marked Price ) * 100

Discount % = ( Discount / x ) * 100

=> 15 * x / 100 = Discount => Equation 2

Substituting Equation 2 in Equation 1, we get,

=> Marked Price = Rs. 680 + 15 x / 100

=> x = Rs. 680 + 15 x / 100

=> x - 15 x / 100 = Rs 680

=> 100 x - 15 x / 100 = Rs. 680

=> 85 x / 100 = 680

=> x = 680 * 100 / 85

=> x = 8 * 100

=> x = Rs. 800

Hence the Marked Price of the good is Rs. 800.

Hope my answer helped !

Answer:800

Step-by-step explanation
Let x be marked price
Discount%=15%
Selling price=680/-
Discount=Discount% × marked price ÷ 100
=15× X÷100
=15x÷100

There fore
Selling price=marked price-Discount
680=(X) - (15x÷100)
=(100x - 15x)÷100
=85x÷100
680×100=85x
68000÷85=X
X=800

Marked price= 800/-
