Area of carpet = lb sq. unit
= 2480 × 75 sq. cm
= 186,000 sq. cm
= 18.6 sq. m
Cost of carpet per sq. m = ₹45
:. Cost of the carpet = ₹(45× 18.6)
= ₹ 837
