let a,b,c be the amplitudes of signal,carrier,AM waves respectively. 
since modulatiom=a/b=(c-b)/b 
hence 0.5=(c/b)-1 
1.5×50=c 
75=c. 
also a=b-c 
hence 0.5=1-c/b 
0.5×50=c 
25=c
