The use of technology helped the development of the society and human discoveries, and it became one of the keys to the many breakthroughs humans have come to achieve, but the overuse however is not the same. Technology addiction is a broad term used to describe addiction towards social media, gambling, gaming, smartphone overuse and internet.
Although technology has brought the society far in this world, and gave more advantages to fulfil goals and objectives, it also has it negative effect in the daily lives of people. It can be a cause to constant distractions, broken relationships and lastly, it can also be a catalyst to the decline of their health.
Teenagers these days are easily distracted by constantly checking their smartphones for any new messages, tweets, videos or even emails, and because of this, often times they are not able to concentrate and finish their tasks on time.
