A cell requires water Minerals and other substances to work normally but the cell
is covered with a cell membrane how is it possible

Cell membrane is porous in nature
Its a selectively permeable membrane
Its function is to transport materials from outside to inside and vice versa
So that without cell membrane the substances cannot be exchanged
