Initially the amount distributed is xy

According to the question,

If the number of student increase by 10, the each student get ₹1 less

(y+10)* (x-1)

if number of students is less by 15 then each student will get ₹3 more.

(y-15)*(x+3)

So, (y+10)* (x-1) = (y-15)*(x+3)

or,

xy -y +10x -10 = xy +3y -15x -45

or, 10x - y - 10 = 3y -15x -45

or, 25x -3y = -35

or, 3y - 25x = 35

In this way you can get the amount distributed among the student.
