The sea water classifies as homogeneous as well as heterogeneous. Why?

The 'sea-water' can be classified as a homogeneous as well as heterogeneous mixture. Because of salt and some other bigger size of impurities sea water is classified as heterogeneous mixture. Because of mixture of several gases in sea water it is also classified as homogeneous mixture.
