Let Z gets 100

then y will get 25% less than z, means y=75

then x will get 25% more means x will get 125% of 75 = 375/4
now X : Y : Z = 375/4 : 75 : 100
X : Y : Z = 375 : 300 : 400
now simplify this by dividing by 25

X : Y : Z = 15 : 12 : 16
