Answer:

If 2 CFL'S ARE DEFECTIVE IN 100CFL

IN 50 CFL , 1 CFL IS DEFECTIVE.

COMPANY PACKED 200 CFL = 200/50

=4 CFL

IN 200 CFL , 4 CFL ARE DEFECTIVE

P(E) = NO. OF TIMES THE EVENT OCCURED/TOTAL NO. OF TRAILS

=4/200

=1/50

VALUE SHOWN BY THE COMPANY IS CHEATING
