Solve:

Let's Take cost of duster be = y ( hint given)

then cost of chalk = 2y

sum of both = 39

Chalk + Duster = 39

2y + y = 39

3y = 39

( take 3 to RHS it will be division)

y = 39/3

y = 13

Cost of duster = 13

and chalk = 26
